New Galveston Apartment Rebuild Prodject

Odessey Residental bought and wee rebuild Marina landing Apartments. Odessey residentail is located in Dallas Texas. Construction is to begin in March, property will be striped down to the studs to be rebuilt the prodject brand new. The prodject will cost 26.5 Million dollars 16.5 million is from Disaster Housing recovery Tax Credit and 10 Million is from Community Development Blck Grant funding. The new property will add 256 new Galveston Apartment Rental units.
